• The Pet Policy for each property shall be subject to the approval of Great Day Property Management in collaboration with each individual property owner.

  • The Pets allowed may be limited as to the size and type of pet. No pets allowed under 6 months old. There are also limitations on breeds. There are absolutely no known vicious breeds allowed or mixed breeds with any known vicious breeds. The breed types not allowed are per the homeowner's insurance.

  • A pet interview must take place before any pet is accepted. We will also call a neighbor if possible to verify that your pet is a good neighbor.

  • Excessive barking and any other such noises will be considered a nuisance violation.

Fees/Deposits are as follows (per pet):

  • Additional Nonrefundable Pet Fee Will Apply: $250.00 per pet. $15/mo.

  • Tenant shall be responsible for any and all damages caused by the pet. If any items cannot be satisfactorily cleaned or repaired for $250 or less, tenant must pay for complete replacement. Tenants shall be strictly liable for the entire amount of any injury to the person or property of others, caused by such pet; and tenant shall indemnify owner/lesser for all costs of litigation and attorney’s fees resulting from same. Any violation of Pet Policy shall result in a Notice to Quit and a Notice Fee or possible termination of Tenancy per the terms of the Rental Agreement.

  • The Pet Policy is a guideline which is subject to change by Great Day Property Management.

No Pet Guidelines

  • If tenant leases a No Pets Allowed property and if a pet is found on the property, tenant is subject to a fine of $250. This includes if the pet is “only visiting.”

  • This could also result in a Notice to Quit and a Notice Fee or possible termination of Tenancy per the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Service Animals

  • Per HUD guidelines, if the need for the service animal is not apparent or visible, proper documentation of a disability requiring a service animal includes a letter from a physician, social worker, psychologist, or other mental health professional . This legitimacy of the letter will be verified with the provider of the letter.
